Overview
The MF 1100 Pro Standard is the entry package of MWF's best-known long-range locator. It uses Digital Frequency Signal Processing to look for targets from a distance, with a 3.2-inch colour screen running MWF's Bear Claw software and a PIN lock so only you can use it.
MWF rates the Standard at up to 30 m depth and 2,500 m distance. These are the manufacturer's figures — in real ground the result depends on soil, target size and the operator's experience, so we always recommend confirming a signal with a conventional detector before digging.
