Overview
The Alpha 2000 is the entry point of the Teknetics range. It uses preset ground balance and a simple on-screen menu, so a new user can switch on and start hunting.
It identifies targets by category with a three-tone audio system, lets you notch out a target category, and shows numeric depth. Discrimination, sensitivity and volume are set with keypad buttons.
It suits beginners, families and casual hunters looking for coins and jewellery in parks, yards and beaches with mild ground.
