Garrett GTI 2500

The Garrett GTI 2500 is built around Graphic Target Imaging (GTI), Garrett's onboard DSP-driven system that displays a target's true size - graded from A (smaller than a coin) to E (larger than a soda can) - and its estimated depth directly on the detector's large LCD screen before any digging starts.

A Graphic Target Analyzer (GTA) reads target conductivity and, on coin-sized targets, will indicate the probable denomination. ScanTrack and Ground Track work together to automatically adapt to coil swing speed and shifting ground mineralization, while a 9.5" PROformance Imaging search coil covers 24 discrimination segments across six search modes: All Metal, Zero, Jewelry, Relics, Coins, and a user-programmable Custom mode.

A Hip Mount Battery Pack shifts the weight of 8 AA batteries to the hip rather than the shaft, reducing arm fatigue during long sessions, and a Salt Elimination Aid cancels false signals from wet salt sand at the beach.
