Overview
Multimax is a professional long-range, deep ground-search scanning device manufactured by ASTEAM (AS Dedektor's R&D division) in Istanbul, Turkey. Built around a multi-channel pulse ground balance system, it is designed to outperform competing detectors in heavily mineralized, rocky, and challenging ground conditions where conventional VLF detectors lose depth and accuracy.
The system's true ground balance technology filters out soil mineral interference while preserving sensitivity to genuine metal targets, giving operators a stable, low-noise signal even at extreme depth. Multimax reaches a working depth of 16-20 feet, making it suited to treasure hunting, archaeological survey, industrial metal screening, and security sweep applications.
The kit is built around interchangeable search coils - including Relic Hunter and Coin Hunter discs - plus a long-range directional antenna frame, all controlled from a rugged handheld unit with an onboard display, and transported in a hard protective case for field deployment.
