Overview
The eXp 7000 Professional Plus sits at the very top of the OKM range. It is built around a large control unit with an 8.4-inch IPS touchscreen and a Super Sensor that can work with up to seven sensor pairs at the same time through the SuperSense X7 system. Four interchangeable Extenders let the operator adapt the sensor to rocky, forested or open ground, and an LED Orbit on the sensor gives instant visual signals while scanning.
What makes this model stand out is the number of jobs it can do in one kit. There are eight modes, including 3D Ground Scan rated by OKM down to 25 m, 3D VLF Scan, Mineral Scan, Tunnel Scan, Live Scan, Magnetometer, Pinpointer and multi-frequency VLF metal detection with Target-ID zones. The Mineral Scan shows a percentage-based colour map, which is useful for prospectors studying natural gold-bearing ground and veins.
