Overview
The Patriot is a 13 kHz computerised VLF detector introduced by Teknetics in 2017. A European distributor describes it as based on the Fisher F70 platform with the 11-inch DD coil.
It has two programs, a normal and a slow search speed, adjustable sensitivity and threshold, ground balancing with a continuous mineral readout, frequency shift and a static pinpoint.
It suits beginners and intermediate users looking for one machine for coins, jewellery, relics and small gold nuggets.
